We deal directly with the client in all of our workshops and consulting engagements. Most of our client contacts originate through our own marketing outreach, although we do work with some clients by referral. Workshops maybe be arranged individually with by A.K. Burditt at locations in Central Florida. Service engagements for clients outside north Central Florida are handled primarily through Internet communications. Workshops and services may be carried out on-site, or by call-in/email, or in-house at our home office in Central Florida. We do not use agent, commission or broker arrangements for workshops or consulting services. However, we may use such arrangements to provide ancillary products and services required to supplement or complement our service engagements. We also are open to considering incentive-based referrals (to us or by us) as loosely structure joint ventures with firms handling ancillary products and services. BOSS is open in principle to acting as agent, exclusively or non-exclusively, for service providers or vendors which do not directly compete with our own services. Integrity of the service provider or vendor is a primary and essential criterion for us when considering any such representation. We will not deal with any individual or firm which engages in illegal or unethical activities, which we consider to include any form of internet abuse (including spamming or promulgating unrequested multiple-recipient email solicitations). Let's take our composite example of a client who is a partner in owning and managing a small, fast-growing software development company, and is dealing with serious pressures on his or her own time. We might provide that client with access to procurement and delivery services which we access through wholesalers ourselves, to save him or her valuable time that can be better spent on business expansion. Conversely, at his or her request we might refer other clients of our own to the software company to meet their own needs for that type of software, on a referral incentive basis.
